Customs & Fees

What are the customs fees?

When items are imported from outside of your local region, there can be charges applied to that import which are called “Customs Duty”. These are charges applied by your local customs authority.

These can include a charge for any handling fees, a charge for the customs duty itself and finally any value-added tax (VAT) based on the price of that item.

What am I responsible for?

You are responsible for paying these charges to allow the item to be processed and imported into your country. These fees are unique to each country or region.

It is important that you check with your local customs authority what you're responsible for paying before ordering from us, we're not liable for any charges.

Your local customs authority will try to contact you via email, phone or post to process these fees. Use your tracking link in your confirmation email to find out more.

What if I don't pay the customs fee?

If you fail to pay the fee within an adequate time, the item may be kept by your customs authority to cover the cost of the import.

Items may be returned to us, in which case your item will be refunded, minus the shipping fees. It is important to check this with your local customs authority.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are currently shipped from the United Kingdom. Following the departure of the United Kindom from the European Union, you will incur a customs duty charge if you live in this region.
